We are very excited to have you join us for our wedding festivities! To make things simple and stress-free, we've hired a wedding planner/travel manager to help our guests arrange their accommodations and transfers. We've chosen to stay at Secrets Bahia Mita Surf & Spa and want you to stay with us and enjoy the celebration!

Please RSVP by October 15, 2025! To RSVP, you must BOOK YOUR ROOM RESERVATION & PLACE A DEPOSIT by using the link in the Accommodations section below.

✨Many details are below, but here are a few important things to note:

1️⃣Only have 1 person from your party make a room reservation using the link below. Do not have 2 people in the same room fill out the form separately.

2️⃣We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but some rooms may accommodate up to 4 guests.

3️⃣To guarantee availability and our discounted pricing, please put down your deposit via the link below as soon as possible as rooms are limited and on a first-come, first-serve basis.

5️⃣It is important that you make your wedding room reservation inside the reserved group room block. When booking OUTSIDE of the group block, you will be charged a fee by the resort to attend any pre-wedding festivities and the wedding ceremony/reception itself, and we are limited as to how many outside guests may attend. By reserving the group block in advance, we are guaranteeing our guests room availability and discounted pricing. By doing so, you will ensure your room requests are communicated to the resort, your transfer is booked for you and you can rest assured every detail will be attended to. Concierge services are included at no additional charge to you. Any room not booked through our travel manager, Talavera Travel, is not eligible for any upgrades or services, including the preparation of final travel documents or assistance during a travel emergency.

Click the BOOK MY ROOM link where you will complete the booking form and your secure credit card authorization. *IMPORTANT* When completing the form, you are only required to complete those fields marked with a RED ASTERIK* and the credit card information. (Passenger = GUEST). A minimum non-refundable deposit of $250 per person is due in order to confirm your room.

Payment Schedule:
A Second Deposit payment of 50% of the room total is due on 10/30/2025.
The Final Payment is due no later than 01/15/2026. This date cannot be extended.

You will need this to board your flight and the resort will ask for it when you check in. Because sometimes you must cancel a trip at the last-minute. We highly recommend the purchase of insurance.
Travel Protection can be purchased with or without Cancel for Any Reason Coverage (CFAR). The CFAR plan must be purchased at time of deposit. If you cancel your trip for any reason not otherwise covered by the plan, benefits will be paid for 75% of the Prepaid, forfeited, non-refundable Payments or Deposits you paid for your trip provided: a) Your payment for this Plan is received the date your Initial Payment or Deposit for Your Trip is received; and b) You cancel Your Trip two (2) days or more before Your Scheduled Departure Date. This Cancel for Any Reason Benefit does not cover: 1) penalties associated with any air or other travel arrangements not provided by Classic Vacations tour operator; or 2) the failure of Classic Vacations to provide the bargained-for Travel Arrangements due to cessation of operations for any reason. *If you should wish to purchase CFAR coverage, please indicate in the comments of the reservation form as it must be purchased at the time of initial deposit.
